Is it time for a Pickleball Break?

Arrgggh! Say it ain’t so! But take time to listen to your body and give it a break occasionally!  

We can be addicted to pickleball and play several hours every day of the week. What fun! But, do you feel it in your joints and maybe walk around in the morning with the “mummy” stiff legged walk? (Admit it, you know what we are talking about!) Pickleball is just that addicting, fun and social! Which is all fantastic, but we all need a break to let our bodies regenerate and maybe get a fresh perspective on our game. So take a minute to evaluate how much you are playing and consider some of the things you have been ignoring for a while (dust off the bike, get out your hiking shoes, go for a swim, etc.).
